This service that you perform is not only supplying the needs of the Lord’s people but is also overflowing in many expressions of thanks to God.   2 Corinthians 9˸12

Think

At Fellowship Church we are always mindful of 3 chairs.
Chair one:  Those who are far from God.
Chair two:  Those who have just stepped over the line of faith.
Chair three:  Those who are full court followers of Christ.

When a church does what a church is supposed to do, it will see a healthy ecosystem of all three chairs. It’s all about following God’s vision to take us where we NEED to go instead of letting us go where we WANT to go.

When we are focused on what matters to God, we will be mindful of those in each chair.  This vision for God’s House could not happen without those who are aligning their vision with God’s through the local church.  Those who are in the 3rd chair encourage those in the 2nd chair and invite, welcome and serve those in the 1st chair.  Fellowship Church is all about the chairs; and we are all about God Strategically Enlarging the Vision Everyone Needs!

Pray

Ask God how you can serve in the House and expand His vision for your life.

For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. John 3˸16

Think

This is arguably the most recognized verse in the Bible. But it’s not just words on a page; this is a reminder of who God intends His gift of salvation for – EVERYONE!  That’s why the church should think of itself as an ICU.  It’s a place where the doors are always open for everyone to receive what they need – healing through God’s son, Jesus.

At Fellowship Church we have embarked on a campaign called Seven, where we are expanding the doors and influence of our “ICU”.  Through Seven, God’s Word will continue to heal those who need it the most.  And we won’t stop until EVERYONE receives what they NEED – a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

Pray

Pray that God will lead those who are searching for God’s healing in their lives to walk through the doors of His “ICU”.

Act

If you haven’t already, become a part of the greatest expansion in Fellowship Church’s history.  www.fellowshipchurch.com/seven

Where there is no vision, the people cast off restraint… Proverbs 29˸18

Think

Playing a game without rules and boundaries is really not playing a game at all.  There’s no plan of action, no strategy, no way to determine the final outcome.  Too many times this is the predicament we find our own lives in.  We exhaust ourselves running around in circles just to stop and realize we don’t even know where we are going or what we’re doing.   We’ve used up so much time and energy because we have no vision.

Now imagine a life with vision – a vision aligned with God’s plan for your life.  There is a strategic plan and destination now.  That energy and power used before is now controlled and harnessed to move you toward a true purpose.  A purpose designed by God and the possibilities are greater than we can imagine.  Now THAT'S a game that will Strategically Enlarge the Vision Everyone Needs!

Pray

Ask God to help you gain control of your life by showing you His vision for it.

Act

Tell a trusted friend about the vision God may be placing on your heart.  Their insight may be helpful.

“Oh, that You would bless me indeed, and enlarge my territory, that Your hand would be with me, and that You would keep me from evil, that I may not cause pain!” 1 Chronicles 4˸10

Think

When Jabez prayed this prayer in 1 Chronicles he may have had in mind more land, more livestock and protection from those that would harm him.  But what would this prayer look like today?   A successful business, bigger house and better security system?  Think in terms of aligning with a plan from God.

When someone who seeks God’s plan in their lives prays like Jabez did, you might notice their influence expands.  Yet while their lives may be blessed, they still face battles that challenge their resolve.  Their response, though, is to overcome and continue to enlarge God’s territory.  And that, in turn, just causes their influence to continue growing.  This is a true testament of God’s hand and protection in their lives.  Does this describe you?

Pray

Pray this verse from 1 Chronicles – The Prayer of Jabez.  Ask God to make you aware of His plan as He enlarges your territory of influence.

Act

Write a list of those you have influence over in your life.  Are you using your influence in their lives to expand God’s territory?

"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." – Jeremiah 29˸11

Think

God wants the best for us – HIS best, not our version of best.  You see, God desires to Strategically Enlarge the Vision Everyone Needs.  This verse clearly states that He knows what that “best” is for us – His plan, not ours.  That is why it is important that the vision we perceive for every aspect of our lives aligns with His plan.

How do we know if it aligns?  God is strategic with the vision and strategy He gives.  If our individual vision and strategy line up with the vision of God’s church, chances are we are in line with His plan for our life.  A plan that will be something we desire to share that always leads others to His house.  A place where they can discover His plan for their lives and invite others to do the same.   It is a cycle that will continue to enlarge territory for God.

Pray

Ask God to clear your vision and make clear His plan for you.  Thank Him for loving you enough to want His best for you.

Act

Write out what your vision is for your life, marriage and career.  Now, sincerely ask God if it aligns with His vision for you.  If not, ask for help to change it.
